Return & Refund Policy
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in 100% restockable condition, in original packaging, and include all components. Items that show signs of use may be denied.
Non-Returnable Items
Hygienic items (toilet accessories, pillows, commodes, braces, etc.), refrigerated items, custom-made or special-order items, clearance items, products with expiration dates, hazardous materials, oversized freight items, and items purchased with store credit.

How to Start a Return
Email hello@lifesidesupply.com with your order number, contact info, and reason for return. We will send a return authorization number within 1–2 business days. Returns without authorization are not accepted.
Shipping Your Return
Once authorized, pack your item securely, write the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package, and ship it using any traceable method. Keep your tracking number until the return is complete.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once the item is received and processed. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Some items may incur a restocking fee, which will be disclosed during authorization.

Defective Items
Check the product manual first. If the issue persists, email us your order number, contact info, and a description of the defect.
If it has been over 30 days, or you need parts, service, warranty info, or MSDS forms, contact the manufacturer directly.
Wrong Item Received
Email us with your order number, contact info, and the item number of what you received.
International Returns
International orders may be returned within 30 days. Email us for authorization—return shipments cannot be accepted without prior approval.
Wholesale Returns
Returns over $500 may require additional documentation. Contact our wholesale department for details.
